Locally, Joe has been named the Minnesota Mortgage Associations coveted State of Minnesota 2014 Loan Officer of the Year, and has been recognized nationally will multiple year awards as a Top 300 in the nation Loan Officer.

He has written many articles on mortgage loans for numerous industry publications and web sites including Bankrate.com. Joe has also taught classes for Loan Officers, Realtors, and first time home buyers. Joe has appeared on multiple radio stations, TV stations, and articles as the mortgage expert.  Joe started out as a Loan Officer at a small broker shop in the 1990's, then moved to Mortgages Unlimited in 2000. Quickly becoming a top rated Loan Officer for them for just under 19-years, until June 2019. At which time he made the switch to Cambria Mortgage to better serve his clients
