All mortgage applications require applicants to submit supporting documentation.  While required
  documentation varies per applicant, the following list is required for all applicants:

 

 1) Photo ID

 2) Last 30-days of pay stubs

 3) Last 60-days of bank statements (real statements, not printouts)

 4) Last two-years W2's

 

 Common Additional Documents

 5) Last two-years Federal Tax Returns - All pages, all schedules (If self employed, or own rental property)

 6) Divorce Decree

 7) Bankruptcy papers (including discharge document)
